“…has distilled an ever-increasing line of fine spirits”

SAZERAC

In 1869, Thomas H. Handy purchased the Sazerac Coffeehouse and began to acquire and market brands of liquor. He bought out the rights to Peychaud’s Bitters in 1873. In the 1890s his company began to bottle and market the Sazerac cocktail, now made with rye whiskey instead of brandy. In addition, the company operated the Sazerac Bar on Royal Street. Later, Handy’s former secretary, C. J. O’Reilly, chartered the Sazerac Company. Ever since (except for a stint as a delicatessen and grocery vendor during Prohibition), the Sazerac Company has distilled an ever-increasing line of fine spirits. Today, we are still an independent, American family-owned company and proud owners of many of America’s most venerable distilling companies – Buffalo Trace Distillery, A. Smith Bowman, Glenmore Distillery, Barton, Fleischmann, Medley and Mr. Boston.

1792

Sophisticated and complex. A distinctly different bourbon created with precise craftsmanship. Made from our signature “high rye” recipe and the marriage of select barrels carefully chosen by our Master Distiller. 1792 Bourbon has an expressive and elegant flavour profile. Unmistakable spice mingles with sweet caramel and vanilla to create a bourbon that is incomparably brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced. Elevating whiskey to exceptional new heights, 1792 Bourbon is celebrated by connoisseurs worldwide.

Buffalo Trace

The new edition of the classic Kentucky straight bourbon, Buffalo Trace. A great whiskey, with oodles of vanilla, barrel char and spicy complexity.
Nose: Spicy and sweet with caramel, creamy toffee eclairs, hints of cinnamon, rum spice and cereal sweetness.

Palate: Brown sugar, toffee apple, sweet oak, custard, oily espresso beans, a touch of chocolate covered raisins and toasty wood.

Finish: Good length with sweet spices, cinnamon gum and toffee.

Fireball

The best-selling liqueur in the United States! Fireball is made with Canadian whisky and natural cinnamon flavours. It’s certainly very cinnamony, and it’s not too sweet, which is a plus. A very popular shot drink on the other side of the pond, Fireball was awarded 87 points from the Beverage Testing Institute, and a Silver Medal from the International Review of Spirits.

Paddy

A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn’t until 1913 that it changed it’s name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty.

Nose: The nose is oily and fresh with floral notes, cereal grains and plenty of fruit.

Palate: The palate is sweet and of medium-body with toffee and cereals, a rosewater note with a little butterscotch and vanilla.

Finish: The finish is spicy and dry with a little black pepper and oak

Southern Comfort

One of the world’s most famous liqueurs, Southern Comfort is made with American grain spirit and peaches and tastes great with traditional lemonade, or with vodka, orange & grenadine: the ‘Alabama Slammer’. Core Whiskey notes with iconic fruity and spice accents.

Southern Comfort Black

A robust whiskey-forward profile with subtle spice and fruity accents, our Black label takes the original Southern Comfort experience up a notch — for those who like their extra-smooth whiskey extra bold. Try it neat, on the rocks or in a classic cocktail.
